If you read that in the voice of Tony Montana, just know that I'm giving you a big, virtual high-five. I can't claim my online course will be as entertaining as Scarface, but it will definitely deliver!
Over the past few months, I've spoken to a lot of founders and consultants who have struggled to identify ideal prospects, uncover their challenges, and craft messages that prospects actually want to respond to.
I used to struggle with this, too (let's be real, I still do). I would send cold emails starting with “I help companies like yours…” and play the numbers game. Send 100 emails, get 2 responses, maybe book 1 call. I told myself it was just math. More emails meant more chances, right?
I knew something had to change when I caught myself copying and pasting the same template for the who-knows-how-many-th time.
So, instead of sending 100 generic messages, I focused on sending just 20. But these would be different.
I started using AI to deeply research each prospect. Real research on challenges they were facing, initiatives they were launching, and what their competitors were doing.
Then I’d write messages that showed I actually understood their world.
The first week blew my mind: 20 messages sent. 6 responses. 4 booked calls. 2 new clients. The results started speaking for themselves.
🎉 I'm excited to share that I've opened the waitlist for my 3-day, self-paced online course that shows you exactly how to build a system that helps you book real conversations with ideal clients. To join the waitlist, use the button below!
Why most outreach fails
Let’s be honest about what we’re really doing when we spray generic messages everywhere.
We’re basically admitting we don’t understand our prospects well enough to write something meaningful. So we compensate with volume.
While you’re managing your unscalable outreach system, you’re too exhausted to serve your existing clients well. The very thing that makes you brilliant at your company gets buried under prospecting busy work.
An approach that actually works
Here’s what I do now for every single prospect:
First, I use AI to uncover what they actually care about. Things like recent initiative, leadership changes, industry challenges they’re facing, and (my personal favorite) problems their job postings reveal. Pro tip: job postings can be a goldmine.
Then I craft a message that connects my expertise to their specific situation. No templates. No scripts. Just genuine understanding translated into helpful outreach.
And it takes me minutes to craft a message for each prospect that turns cold outreach into warm conversations.
Your expertise deserves better
For a few months now, I’ve been honing this approach. It’s completely transformed how I think about research, outreach, and business development.
But I keep meeting brilliant founders and consultants who are stuck where I was. Sending hundreds of messages. Getting terrible results. Feeling gross about the whole process.
Your expertise could genuinely help companies solve real problems. But if you’re burning 20 hours a week on broken outreach systems, that expertise never reaches the people who need it.
A better prospecting system
So I’m packaging everything I’ve learned into a bite-sized, focused 3-day email course. Here's what it'll include:
Day 1: Build your AI research command center (find the right prospects and understand them deeply)
Day 2: Write messages that resonate with people, not machines (because you actually did your homework)
Day 3: Turn responses into real conversations (without any sleazy sales tactics)
This isn’t about templates or scripts. It’s about using a better system to be more human in your outreach.
I've opened up the waitlist and I’m limiting the first group to 20 people because I want to personally be 100% available for anyone taking the course. This stuff is too important to scale carelessly.
