Welcome back to Tiny Thoughts, a collection of my insights, experiences, and observations on AI. Got something juicy to add? I'd love to hear from you!
This week’s thoughts explore how AI might reshape the dynamics across companies, employees, and our families. Each story reveals something about how we adapt when tech gives us new superpowers.

The 1-person billion dollar company
AI will create companies that need way fewer employees to succeed. That means 1 person supervising 1000 AI agents could in theory build a billion-dollar company. But if AI can build your product in weeks, what stops competitors from copying it just as fast?
Over time, companies have changed. We went from families making things at home to factories organizing massive labor forces. Now, we’re heading toward something completely new: agents organizing digital labor. The question isn’t whether this will happen, but who will lead the change and how it’ll shape business as we know it.

Fashion models and AI models
If companies change, then so too will employees and contractors. Fashion models are cloning themselves with AI before AI makes them obsolete. Their “digital replicas” are used for advertising campaigns and can work 24/7, never get sick, and don’t need makeup breaks.
Models are getting paid less for their digital clone work than real shoots, but they can do way more jobs without traveling. It’s the leverage paradox again, but with our bodies.

Mom goes full deepfake on her kids
And on a lighter note, if workers change, then what about our messy family members?
One mom got tired of her kids leaving messes everywhere. So she recorded their chaos and used AI to create a fake news broadcast about their “breaking news” disasters. Did it work? Absolutely. Should we be influencing kids with AI-generated content? I’ll tell you when I’m a parent. 😄
